I have taken a second container of it, it really help to increase muscle mass and delays and diminishes muscle soreness and it helps to maintain the pumped muscles naturally to avoid depletions. It tastes Ok, not sweet to me and my stomach digestion is ok after taking it. I usually take it as a pre workout drink but now i take it as intra workout drink Why? Because it keeps me hydrated and unfatigue after many sets and reps when i am doing HIIT and super sets. And i think it works as good as bcaa. I will keep ordering it
