ISOFLEX Oatmeal Raisin Peanut butter Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
-1 cup raisins
-1 tsp. baking soda
-1 cup margarine (stick margarine) or I Cant believe it's not Butter
- 1 whole egg + 3.5oz of egg whites
- 3 scoops of ISOFLEX Peanut Butter Chocolate protein
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups raw oats
- 2 cups whole oat flour
-1/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup ground flax seed
- 1/2 cup splenda
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 cup cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 ounces semi-sweet peanut butter chips
Directions
1. Cover raisins with water and boil for 5 minutes.
2. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup hot raisin liquid.
3. Add baking soda to hot liquid and stir until dissolved.
4. Place margarine in mixer bowl and add baking soda liquid.
5. Mix until margarine is soft.
6. Add eggs and vanilla Mix well.
7. Add oatmeal, flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt blend.
8. Fold in chocolate/peanut butter chips and cooled raisins.
9. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheets.
10. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
