Louise Rogers is an IFBB Professional Figure Competitor from the United Kingdom. She turned professional at the World Championships competing in the amateur IFBB Bodyfitness class (figure).  Since then she has started competing on the Figure Pro scene. Her most recent competition was the Arnold Classic Europe, which was her third professional figure competition, and she placed 8th.

Louise is a professional personal trainer and also presents fitness training programs for women on Sky television in the UK. She has a passion for life, and enjoys a fitness lifestyle. She also enjoys helping others reach their goals.

I was a cardio bunny during my teens and looked like a waif, but after seeing Monica Brant in Muscle and Fitness magazine I decided I wanted to compete as a figure pro.

I have an eclectic mix!! Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk, Muse, U2… all sorts.

People hoarding all the dumbbells into a pile in front of them… or sitting on equipment chatting on their mobile (you can do that elsewhere!).
