I am a former Division 1 basketball player from Colorado State University who became interested in the fitness industry after a knee injury ended my basketball career. I received my B.S. degree in Food and Nutritional Sciences with my concentration in Dietetics and am a total health nut.

I  am very passionate about the health and fitness industry and love helping others achieve their goals. I recently switched careers from being on a collegiate basketball team coaching staff to becoming a personal trainer so I can help others reach their health and fitness goals. I started competing in 2014 and earned my IFBB Bikini pro card after competing in 4 shows in a year and 2 months. I am excited to compete as a pro in 2016 and one day hope to be on the Olympia stage.

Weight training: specifically medium-high volume, moderate-heavy weights with a focus on muscle tension. I am a huge fan of negatives, FST-7 and drop sets. HIIT Cardio is my favorite form because I am all about working as hard as possible in the shortest amount of time to get the best results when it comes to cardio.

Burger and fries, cookies, frozen yogurt and lots of peanut butter.

Protein pancakes, oatmeal, sweet potatoes and ISOFLEX Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein.

Aminocore, Versa Gripps, weight belt, about 5 different flavors of gum,  wireless headphones and Mary Kay lip balm.

I love cooking, doing crafts, playing with hair and makeup and spending time outside.

I have always been active in sports growing up. But it wasn’t until my junior year of college that I really got into fitness and competing. A basketball knee injury caused me to be limited to body weight lifts and minimal cardio. As soon as my doctor cleared me to start exercising I decided I wanted to compete in an NPC Bikini competition to get back into shape and help inspire others along my fitness journey. I fell in love with the sport and lifestyle after my first show and I cannot imagine my life any other way now.

I always listen to Spotify and my go to stations are: G-Eazy, Drake, Meek Mill, Hit The Gym Hard, Pumping Iron, and Workout. It depends on the mood I am in when I am lifting or doing cardio.

When people try to talk to me in between sets or when they don’t rack their weights.
