Sample Day's Diet: The day starts at 5:30 a.m.
Meal One - QUICKMASS Rapid Weight Gain Catalyst, 1/2 cup oats
Meal Two - 2 whole eggs, Tuna, 1 cup oats
Meal Three - ISOFLEX Whey Protein Isolate Shake, 1/2 cup oats
Meal Four - 8 oz bison steak, 1 cup rice, 1/2 cup peas
Meal Five - ISOFLEX Whey Protein Isolate Shake, 1/2 cup almonds, rice cakes
Meal Six - Chicken or lean red meat, salad
Meal Seven - 2 whole eggs, ISOFLEX Whey Protein Isolate Shake, 1/2 cup oats
Favorite Type of Training: I am a volume trainer, doing anywhere from 22 to 30 sets per body part. Training as heavy as I can with good form. It is not uncommon to
leg press 1000 lb or squat 500, bench press 365 for reps.
Supplement Routine: Supplements are an important factor in any training program. Whether it is bodybuilding, fitness or just healthy living. Currently these are the products I am using:
ISOFLEX Whey Protein Isolate Shake, ALLWHEY Whey Protein Matrix, Creatine, L-Glutamine, Tribulus, ZMA, CLA,Vitamin C, VITASTACK, Cal-Mag.
Favorite Cheat Food: When dieting I would say pizza, but I do like toast with peanut butter and jam.
Favorite Diet Food: BBQ chicken breast and salad.
Favorite Exercise at Gym: Flat bench
What's in your Gym Bag? iPod, weight belt, straps, towel, training journal, water bottle.
What do you like to do outside of the gym? I coach kids hockey in the winter, take kids to skateboard events in the summer. I also enjoy riding my motor cycle with my wife.
How did you get into Fitness: I got involved with the gym to get stronger for hockey and high school football. I noticed my body taking on a different look, so I tried competing. I won, and the rest is history.
What do you love to listen to when you workout: I like a variety of music. The songs are always changing; however, I still like training to Metallica, Megadeath, KidRock, Rob Zombie, ACDC and even some country tunes.
