Krush4 - 3.3 lbs

The Krush4 Formula Gives You:

  • Quicker Creatine Delivery
  • Increased Insulin Sensitivity
  • Faster Blood Flow
  • Rapid ATP Energy Production
  • Enhanced Muscle Recovery
  • Hyper-Creatine Muscular Saturation

Start using KRUSH4 today and you’ll never waste another hard day in the gym again.

KRUSH4 has been designed to be taken immediately after intense training. Why? The KRUSH4 formulation takes advantage of the way your body recovers to dramatically increase strength, size, speed and power. When you hit the iron hard, your body burns through the fuel stored in your muscles called Glycogen. One of the reasons you feel like you can barely crawl out of the gym when you’re done is because of this “Glycogen Depletion” effect. Science tells us that you have an extremely small window of opportunity to refill your Glycogen stores, actually it’s only about 30 minutes and if you don’t fill it back up immediately post workout you’ll literally be “less than full” for your next workout. There are six primary complexes that accomplish this by taking advantage of your body’s sensitivity to insulin, volume blood flow, rate of recovery and cellular energy. All of these complexes are based on one critical and irrefutable fact; creatine only works when it’s absorbed into your muscle cells. Here’s how the complexes break down:

1 IS Complex – Insulin Sensitivity Complex Insulin is the master regulator of nutrients entering cells, including your muscle cells; without it, creatine will not get transported into your muscles. The IS Complex drives creatine into muscle tissue by maximizing the effect of insulin. KRUSH4 contains both Taurine and d–Pinitol which are also called “insulin mimickers”6. With these two ingredients, you need less insulin than you normally would to get your muscle cells to uptake creatine. The IS Complex also contains 4–Hydroxyisoleucine, a unique amino acid that increases the release of insulin in response to the presence of glucose7. This allows for further insulin secretion which leads to greater creatine transport. Insulin is essentially the nutrient gatekeeper of every muscle cell in the body. Studies have shown an increase in insulin secretion of up to 300% over the same amount of "just carbohydrates" using 4–Hydroxyisoleucine8.

Taking KRUSH4 immediately after intense workouts further amplifies this impact. Through intense training you’ll have emptied the glycogen stores in your muscle tissue. Re-filling those glycogen stores requires your blood glucose levels to be elevated immediately following your workout. Dextrose and maltodextrin are by far the best choices – they’ll convert rapidly into the glucose you need. As glucose rushes in to fill up your muscle glycogen it will take additional creatine with it, where the creatine can actually do its job. Allmax Nutrition has harnessed the ultimate power; the body’s insulin response using dextrose, maltodextrin, taurine, d-pinitol and 4–hydroxyisoleucine so you can harness the awesome power of KRUSH4.

The BIG FAT LIE

You will hear from pseudo-scientists in every other supplement store and gym that “carbs will make you fat, so don’t consume any sugar” but this is a much different reality than what we are discussing. You are in the gym and depleting stored energy at a phenomenal rate. By trying to restrict your sugar intake at this point, you’re limiting your muscle tissue growth. Even worse, you’re literally preventing required nutrients from entering the muscle.

The truth is that your body requires the fastest absorbing sugars immediately following intense training (dextrose and maltodextrin are ideal for this purpose). You will be re-filling the energy stores within your muscle tissue and your liver, not contributing to fat. The key is balance; if you continued to eat simple sugars after your body’s energy stores were completely filled you would begin to “spillover” and only then would you begin to gain body fat.

There are two times where you are in a “glycogen depleted state” and can take full advantage of this unique opportunity to transport creatine and stimulate muscle growth; first thing in the morning (you will have used up all of your energy stores through the night) and immediately following intense training on the field, or in the gym. A very fast absorbing Whey Isolate such as ISOFLEX is highly recommended immediately following KRUSH4.

2 NOS Complex – Nitric Oxide Stimulating Complex -  The NOS Complex delivers the necessary precursors and cofactors required to maximize nitric oxide production. Nitric oxide is a powerful hormone that acts to increase vasodilation, thereby increasing the volume of blood flow. Increased blood flow is crucial for athletes as it improves oxygen and nutrient delivery to skeletal muscle. Nitric oxide can increase muscle performance, ATP production, glycogen synthesis as well as protein synthesis. Vasodilation increases the width of the arteries, veins and capillaries that run throughout the body. Nitric oxide does this by relaxing the tiny smooth muscle tissue that surrounds each of them. The increased amount of blood flow increases the delivery of nutrients, such as creatine at the most crucial time, while the muscle cells are receptive to nutrients as a result of presence of the IS Complex discussed above.
However, nitric oxide has a very short half life in the body9.

Therefore, a proprietary blend in KRUSH4 has been included to increase the production of nitric oxide and also to prolong the life of the nitric oxide and enhance its production. Increased blood flow results in increased delivery of nutrients ensuring that the greatest amount of creatine is delivered to the muscle tissue.

3 Recovery Complex - The Recovery Complex is designed to scavenge free radicals, help repair damaged cells, remove toxins, enhance muscle recovery and improve amino acid transport. This enhances the actions of several hormones including testosterone, growth hormone, and insulin. The Recovery Complex is a proprietary blend of Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin B6 , and Zinc.

4 ATP Complex - The ATP Complex is a proprietary blend of potassium phosphate, magnesium phosphate and ribose. ATP, also known as Adenosine TriPhosphate, is the primary source of energy of every muscle contraction. The primary role of Ribose (a type of sugar) is to replenish ATP after strenuous workouts, thereby enhancing recovery and fuelling muscle growth. Ribose (a type of sugar) is used to create ATP. Normally, the body requires approximately 72 hours to naturally produce and fully replenish muscle ATP stores that were lost during exercise10. Ribose has 2 major impacts: it increases the production of new ATP and facilitates the conversion of ADP in to more ATP. Potassium facilitates cell hydration, protein synthesis and ATP resynthesis11. Magnesium phosphate delivers phosphates to muscle cells in order to facilitate creatine phosphate and ATP production12.

5 Glutamine Complex - The Glutamine Complex, a blend of L–Glutamine and Glutamine peptides, is designed to increase cell volumization and further enhance muscle recovery13. L–Glutamine, the most abundant amino acid within the body, helps build and repair muscle cells. Glutamine peptides, a chain of 2 or more glutamine amino acids linked together, enhances glutamine delivery to the muscles. The Little Known Creatine Phenomenon Creatine is a naturally occurring combination of three amino acids found in meats, fish and chicken, however in very, very small amounts. Once inside the muscle, creatine naturally binds to a phosphate molecule to produce phosphocreatine, an important factor in the recycling of ATP (adenosine tri-phosphate – 1 molecule of adnenosine and 3 molecules of phosphate), the primary source of energy for muscle contractions. As your muscles contract during hard bouts of training, ATP is broken down in the cell and as the bond is broken – energy is released; literally, the fuel to power your next rep. This released energy within the muscle cell fuels each and every muscle contraction, but in the process, ATP loses a phosphate and becomes ADP which is now useless and cannot be used for muscle contraction energy. Phosphocreatine then donates a phosphate molecule to ADP (adenosine diphosphate – 1 molecule of adnenosine and 2 molecules of phosphate) to create ATP. The increase in creatine and phosphocreatine increases muscle mass, improves workout performance, enhances strength and power, and offers therapeutic benefits including the prevention of ATP depletion, stimulation of protein synthesis and cell volumization1,2,3.

Creatine Monohydrate -
Creatine Monohydrate is a synthetic product resulting from the combination of 2 amino acids. Some athletes are concerned about creatine supplementation as the media has reported increased rates of muscle cramping, However, the clinical research does not support this. In fact, one study suggests that it actually decreases the incidence of muscle cramps4

Stacking -
KRUSH4 stacks best with
ISOFLEX, RAPIDCUTS and LEUTOR-70. In order to take full advantage of the best attributes of each product, here’s what the timing should look like, LEUTOR-70 should be taken 45 minutes before your workout and RAPIDCUTS Hardcore, immediately before you head into the gym. KRUSH4 must be taken immediately after you finish training and ISOFLEX should be taken after that as soon as possible, with the 20 to 30 minute window following your consumption of KRUSH4.

Start using KRUSH4 today and you’ll never waste another hard day in the gym again.

Dextrose and Maltodextrin - Dextrose, also known as d–glucose, is a high glycemic carbohydrate (sugar) that can potently stimulate the secretion of insulin5. Insulin is the hormone that travels throughout the bloodstream to deliver creatine to the muscle cells.

Maltodextrin, a low glycemic carbohydrate, is comprised of repeating linked units of dextrose. It has a distinct benefit over regular dextrose: it allows more dextrose molecules to be absorbed over any given period of time, therefore, it delivers glucose quicker than regular dextrose, which stimulates insulin to an even further degree over a prolonged period.

1. What is Krush4?

Krush4 is a Creatine Monohydrate Delivery System Formula. It combines five complexes, each providing a proprietary blend of ingredients. This cutting edge formula is designed to stimulate insulin secretion, increase blood flow, improve ATP production and enhance muscle recovery. The combination and formulation of ingredients in optimal amounts provides for:

* Quicker Creatine Delivery

* Increased Insulin Sensitivity

* Faster Blood Flow

* Rapid ATP Energy Production

* Enhanced Muscle Recovery

* Hyper-Creatine Muscular Saturation

2. What is creatine?

Creatine is a compound naturally found in the body, it is made by the combination of the amino acids Arginine, Glycine and Methionine. It supplies energy to the muscles and is produced in the liver, pancreas and kidneys. Creatine is involved in many different functions in the body. Its main roles are to provide energy for your muscles, enhance protein synthesis, act as a lactic acid buffer and increase cell volume. By supplementing with Micronized Creatine you can ensure these systems are as efficient as possible. You can derive creatine from food sources but as the amount is so small you would need to eat an excessive amount to get the same benefits as you would from supplementing.

3. How does creatine work?

Inside the muscle creatine blends to a phosphate molecule to produce phosphocreatine, an important factor in the recycling of ATP (Adenoside TriPhosphate). ATP is the primary source of energy for muscle contraction as well as other bodily functions. As ATP is used during muscle contractions, such as during exercise, phosphocreatine donates a phosphate molecule to ADP to create ATP. ATP can then be used to provide additional energy to the working muscles. The increase in creatine and phoshocreatine increases muscle mass, improves workout performance, enhances strength and power, and offers therapeutic benefits including the prevention of ATP depletion, stimulation or protein synthesis and cell volumization.

4. What is a creatine delivery system?

A delivery system found exclusively in Krush4 that’s designed to increase the rate of creatine transport, the amount transported to the muscle cell and the amount stored in the muscle cell.

5. How does the creatine delivery system in Krush4 work?

Dextrose, also known as d-glucose is a high glycemic carbohydrate that can stimulate the secretion of insulin. Insulin is the hormone that travels throughout the bloodstream to deliver creatine to the muscle cells. Maltodextrin, a low glycemic carb is comprised of repeating linked units of dextrose. It has distinct benefits over regular dextrose: it allows more dextrose molecules to be absorbed over any given period of time; therefore, it delivers glucose quicker than dextrose which stimulates insulin to an even further degree over a prolonged period.

6. What are the 5 complexes in Krush4?

  1. IS (Insulin Sensitivity) Complex – this complex is designed to maximize creatine uptake by using insulin as a delivery hormone. The addition of 4-Hydroxyisoleucine to Krush4’s formula allows Krush4 to deliver more creatine using less dextrose. This means Krush4 provides more strength with less sugar.
  2. NOS (Nitric Oxide) Stimulating Complex –delivers necessary precursors and cofactors required to maximize nitric oxide production. Nitric oxide acts to increase vasodilatation and increases blood flow. The NOS complex in Krush4 can increase the production of nitric oxide to speed up oxygen delivery which results in greater speed.
  3. Recovery Complex – blend of Vitamin C, E, B6 and Zinc which was added to scavenge free radicals, help repair damaged cells, remove toxins, enhance muscle recovery and improve amino acid transport.
  4. ATP Complex – this proprietary blend of potassium, phosphate, magnesium phosphate and ribose was added for its ability to provide more fuel, power and refuel the muscles after strenuous workouts.
  5. Glutamine Complex – the blend of L-Glutamine and Glutamine peptides were added to Krush4 to increase cell volumization and enhance muscle recovery.

7. Who can use Krush4?

Anyone who is looking to take their training to the next level can use Krush4. Depending on your goals, both men and women can benefit from this cutting-edge formula. However, if you’re not training consistently you won’t experience the same incredible results from Krush4.

8. Do I need to cycle Krush4?

Yes you should cycle your creatine. It has been found to work effectively if you use Krush4 consistently for at least 8 weeks. Then take a break two weeks before starting your next cycle of Krush4.

9. Is creatine a steroid?

No, creatine is not an anabolic steroid. It is a legal substance and naturally found in food sources.

10. Can I use other products with Krush4?

Absolutely! We actually suggest that you combine Krush4 with other products to increase your strength and produce even greater muscle gains. IsoFlex protein powder works extremely well with Krush4. You can also use ALLMAX Nutrition R-ALA to further optimize insulin activity and increase nutrient delivery.

11. Do I need to go through a loading phase with Krush4?

For best results we suggest that you load Krush4 for the first five days. Take two servings a day; one in the morning before breakfast and the second immediately following your workout. On days that you don’t train take your first serving when you wake up and the second before you go to bed. After five days reduce your serving size to once a day, after your workouts.

12. How do I take Krush4?

Mix 2 scoops of Krush4 (60 g) with 250 mL of water in a shaker cup and consume immediately after your workout. On non-workout days consume Krush4 before your first meal. Make sure to consume plenty of water while taking Krush4.

13. If I’m taking prescription drugs can I still take Krush4?

If you’re taking any medications or prescription drugs you should always consult your health care provider before taking any supplements.

14. Should I still take Krush4 on the days that I don’t train?

Yes, you should still take Krush4 when you don’t train. For maximum effectiveness you should supplement with Krush4 consistently even on the days that you don’t work out. On the days you don’t train take your serving of Krush4 as soon as you get up in the morning before your first meal.

15. Is creatine safe?

Yes it is. It produced naturally by our bodies and hundreds of long-term studies conducted on creatine have confirmed that it’s safe for consumption.

16. I’m a vegetarian can I use Krush4?

Yes you can.
