Turkato Burgers

High Protein Turkey and Sweet Potato Burgers

There’s not a lot to say about these other than, amazing! These high protein turkey and sweet potato burger patties are super lean, and packed with good carbs and a ton of protein. A delicious, calorie dense, muscle building food.

Makes 4 patties


  • 16 oz Ground Turkey
  • 1 Scoop IsoNatural Original
  • Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb (to taste)
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1 Small Sweet Potato


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
  2. Form into 4 evenly sized patties.
  3. Heat oven to 380° and bake for 15-20 minutes (or grill!).
