- 2 lbs. bone-in Chicken Breast
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 6 Garlic Cloves, crushed
- 1/2 cup low-sodium Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Vinegar
- 1 cup low-sodium Chicken Stock
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 tbsp Oil
- On high heat, coat a pan with oil and quickly sear all sides of the chicken.
- Place chicken in slow cooker with all the remaining ingredients.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Remove bay leaves.
- Serve over rice with cooking juices.
