Lean Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 2 packages Mrs. Dash Meatloaf Seasoning Mix
  • 2 lbs Ground Turkey
  • 2 Eggs + 2 Egg Whites, slightly beaten
  • ¾ cup of Skim Milk
  • ½ cup of Quinoa Flakes
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, finely diced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, finely diced
  • 1 Onion, finely diced
  • 4 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Hot Sauce (your choice)

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl until well blended.
  2. Prepare 9 x 13 casserole dish by lightly spraying with cooking oil.
  3. Place mixture in casserole dish.
  4. Top with a light glaze of additional hot sauce or calorie reduced ketchup if desired.
  5. Bake at 425° for 60 – 75 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
