Lean Turkey Meatloaf
- 2 packages Mrs. Dash Meatloaf Seasoning Mix
- 2 lbs Ground Turkey
- 2 Eggs + 2 Egg Whites, slightly beaten
- ¾ cup of Skim Milk
- ½ cup of Quinoa Flakes
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, finely diced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, finely diced
- 1 Onion, finely diced
- 4 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 tbsp Hot Sauce (your choice)
- Mix all ingredients together in large bowl until well blended.
- Prepare 9 x 13 casserole dish by lightly spraying with cooking oil.
- Place mixture in casserole dish.
- Top with a light glaze of additional hot sauce or calorie reduced ketchup if desired.
- Bake at 425° for 60 – 75 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
