ISOFLEX Protein S’mores


A new take on s’mores that will make you want to have more than just one bite. 🙃wink

Cookie Dough Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1.5 scoops vanilla ISOFLEX
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 cup Sweetener
  • ¼ cup baking stevia
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2.5 cups old fashioned oats

Filling Ingredients:

  • 6 oz. dark chocolate chips
  • 2 oz dark chocolate chips for topping
  • 6 oz. mini marshmallows


  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F
  2. Spray an 8”x8” baking pan and set aside
  3. In a mixing bowl whisk together flour, protein powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg
  4. Set aside
  5. In another mixing bowl, mix together coconut oil, applesauce and sugar
  6. Add egg whites and vanilla and continue to mix together
  7. Scrape down sides of the bowl and add dry ingredients
  8. Stir until you get a dough consistency and then fold in oats
  9. Press half of the dough into the bottom of the prepared baking pan
  10. Top that cookie dough layer with 6 oz. of chocolate chips and the marshmallows
  11. Carefully press remaining cookie dough over the marshmallows
  12. Top with remaining chocolate chips
  13. bake at 350F for 35 minutes or until top is golden brown
  14. Let cool and serve
