ISOFLEX Cookies and Cream Protein Mug Cake

Everyone loves a good mug cake, especially with the added bonus of protein! Here’s our version of a delicious and healthy mug cake using our new Cookies and Cream ISOFLEX Protein! 100% ALLMAX APPROVED, DELICIOUS and good for you!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Scoop ISOFLEX Cookies and Cream Protein
  • 2 Tbsp Oat Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1 Tsp Truvia
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 3 Tbsp Almond Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Egg Whites

Frosting:

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Fat-free Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tsp Truvia
  • 1-2 Drops Butter Extract

Preparation:

  1. Lightly grease a large coffee mug with cooking spray or coconut oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix together dry ingredients then add wet ingredients until combined.
  3. Pour into mug and microwave 1:45-2:00 minutes.
  4. While mug cake is cooking, mix together frosting in a separate bowl and set aside.
  5. Turn out your mug cake on a plate to cool.
  6. Once cooled, frost mug cake with frosting.

Enjoy!

Optional: Decorate with chocolate chips and sugar-free chocolate syrup.
