Healthy Homemade Italian Dressing

Makes a  5 cup mix – use as salad dressing or as a meat and veggie marinade prior to grilling!


  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Power
  • ½ tbsp Stevia
  • 2 tbsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
  • ¼ tsp Celery Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sea Salt

Mix all of the above ingredients and store in a tightly sealed container

To Prepare Dressing

  1. Whisk ¼ cup white vinegar, 2/3 cup canola oil, 2 tbsp water and 2 tbsp dry mix
