Egg Nog Protein Shake

High Protein Egg Nog

To some, the taste of egg nog is something they just can’t resist and the thought of going through the holidays without indulging at least once in this grog is unthinkable.

So, we thought we’d make it easier for you by creating this egg nog shake, a healthy and protein-rich alternative and yet, still sinfully delicious.


  • 2–3 Ice Cubes
  • 1 scoop ISOFLEX (Vanilla)
  • 1 cup Skim Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Rum Flavor Extract
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 2 Graham Crackers (optional – without the Graham Crackers, you save yourself 130 calories, 3.5 grams of fat and 24 grams of carbs)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Butter Buds (optional)


Add ice cubes, milk, rum extract, ISOFLEX and eggs to a blender and blend for 10 seconds. Crumble Graham crackers and add to the blender with cinnamon and nutmeg. Blend again and then sprinkle Butter Buds on top. Enjoy!
