Easy ISOFLEX Protein Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup oat flour (simply grind oats)
  • 2 Cups oats
  • 3 Scoops ALLMAX ISOFLEX Vanilla protein
  • 1/2 Tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 Tsp baking soda
  • 1 Tsp baking powder Wet ingredients
  • 1 Cup egg whites
  • 1 Cup applesauce
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • 1 Cup dried cranberries

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350°

  1. Combine dry ingredients in bowl
  2. Combine wet ingredients in separate bowl
  3. Slowly add in dry mixture to wet mixture
  4. Add cranberries
  5. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  6. Roll balls and flatten slightly
  7. Bake for 14-16 minutes (depending on your oven)
