Crustless HEXAPRO Protein Pumpkin Pie
- 30 g HEXAPRO Cinnamon Bun
- 8.5 oz Egg Whites
- 1 Can Pumpkin Puree (15 oz)
- 1 Tsp Pumpkin Spice
- 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 Tsps Stevia
- Preheat oven to 320 degrees F.
- Blend all ingredients together and pour into a lightly greased pie pan.
- Cook for 45-50 minutes or until center of pie is cooked.
