Berry-Banana ISOFLEX Protein Pancake

Blend (magic bullet works best):
- 3/4 Scoop Banana Creme ISOFLEX
- 1/3 Cup quick oats
- 2/3 Cup egg whites
- 1/3 Cup water
- 1/3 ripe banana
- 1 Tsp cinnamon
- Cook covered on low-med heat.
- Keep a close eye on it.
- After approx. 8-10 minutes, turn stove off flip pancake and keep on stove-top for a few minutes as it will continue cooking through while keeping it moist.
- Top with Greek yogurt and frozen mixed berries
