Here is quick and delicious protein-packed breakfast is easy with our recipe for these Banana Oatmeal Protein Cookies! Whip up a batch with our ISOFLEX whey protein isolate and take them with you for a quick breakfast on the go!

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 overripe Bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 1 scoop ISOFLEX protein in Banana or Vanilla flavor
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup oats

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, mash bananas & mix in whisked egg.
  4. Add ISOFLEX protein, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Mix in oats.
  6. Place a tbsp. full of the mixture onto cookie sheet, and lightly flatten each cookie.
  7. Bake for 10- 15 minutes.
