You loved our High Protein Apple Crisp so much that we decided to throw it in the blender and give it the smoothie treatment!
- ½ cup organic, unsweetened apple sauce
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 to 2 scoops ISOFLEX vanilla flavor
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt
- ⅓ to ¾ cup vanilla soy milk (you can also use almond milk or skim milk)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
Throw all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Try adding some parsley, celery or cilantro to intensify the flavor.
