Apple Crisp Protein Smoothie
You loved our High Protein Apple Crisp so much that we decided to throw it in the blender and give it the smoothie treatment!
High in protein, this smoothie has the t-boosting powers of oatmeal and the cholesterol-burning magic of apples to make the ideal pre-workout meal. Enjoy!
- ½ cup organic, unsweetened apple sauce
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 to 2 scoops ISOFLEX vanilla flavor
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt
- ⅓ to ¾ cup vanilla soy milk (you can also use almond milk or skim milk)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
Throw all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Try adding some parsley, celery or cilantro to intensify the flavor.
