ALLMAX ISOFLEX Birthday Cake Muffins
Our newest ALLMAX ISOFLEX flavor Birthday Cake is perfect for making delicious guilt-free cupcakes!!
- 4 Large Egg Whites
- 2 TSPs Coconut Oil
- 1/4 Cup Greek Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 Scoop ISOFLEX Birthday Cake Protein
- 1 TSP Sugar-Free Sweetener
- 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
- 2 TBSPs Oat Flour
- 1/2 TSP Baking Powder
- Mix all ingredients in bowl.
- Spray baking cups with coconut spray.
- Fill to the top with batter.
- Bake at 350C for 20 min.
- 4 Egg Whites
- 1 Cup Agave Nectar
- Place agave nectar in bowl in microwave or boil on stove & set aside and let cool.
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Slowly add agave nectar to egg white peaks.
- Place frosting in fridge to harden up some, 15 min or so.
- Pipe onto cupcakes. (Icing will melt, so store in fridge).
