This seriously tastes like pumpkin pie, but without the guilt!! Easy to make and great to curb your cravings when you want something sweet.
– 1 scoop @ALLMAX #IsoNatural
– 1/2 cup low fat organic cottage cheese or plain Greek Yogurt
– 1/4 cup 100% canned pure pumpkin
– 1 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
– 1 tsp stevia – 1/4 tsp xantham gum (optional)
– 1 – 1.5 cups ice cubes
– 2 tbsp to 1/4 cup Water
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix
until smooth and thick. Add more ice if mixture is too runny. Eat
immediately or freeze to eat later.
