Peppermint Protein Bites/Bars


A Great Holiday Protein Treat!


1/4 cup ALLMAX Chocolate Mint ISOFLEX

12 pitted Medjool dates

1 cup gluten free old fashioned oats

2 tbsp cocoa powder

2-3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

Stevia to taste

1/2 tsp peppermint extract

1/2 cup walnuts

1/4 cup almonds

4 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)


  1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, process the pitted dates until chopped and sticky.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and process until combined and slightly sticky
  4. Press mixture down into the prepared loaf pan to make even.
  5. Cover and freeze for 15 minutes or until set and cut into 6 large bars or 12 small bars.
