A great Holiday morning breakfast.
1 scoop Vanilla IsoNatural or ISOFLEX Protein
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground ginger
1/3 cup pure pumpkin
1/3 cup egg whites
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Stevia to taste
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
- Pour batter onto a pre-heated pan or griddle and cook slowly on medium heat.
- Flip over and cook the other side until done.
- Top with your favorite topping and enjoy!
