Bio

Hailing from Fort Lewis, Washington, Fitness Model and IFBB Pro Sheri Vucick is a family child care provider and assistanct coach at Tanji Johnson Save Fitness.
Sheri was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and started competing in gymnastics at a very young age. Her mom and uncle owned a successful gymnastics school where Sheri spent most of her childhood.
In high school she ran cross country and helped coach at her mom’s gym. Fitness has always been a very important part of her life. She credits gymnastics for all her athletic talent, coordination and love of performing.
She first got started in the fitness industry at age 23. Being a competitive gymnast her whole life, she missed pushing herself and setting goals. After entering a local show in 1999 and placing second, she was hooked. Sheri is a 3x Fitness Universe Champion being the first fitness competitor to win three major titles in that organization. She is known for her high flying tricks and entertaining routines. She has been on the cover of Natural Muscle Magazine and in the pages of Oxygen, Muscular Development and Status magazine. She just recently won her IFBB Pro card at Team Universe 2011, winning the overall title.
Sheri is now living on Joint Base Lewis McChord Army Base, where her husband is an active duty soldier. She stays very busy as a mom of three boys and runs a child care business on base. Sheri is a member of Tanji Johnson’s Save Fitness Team and has been promoted to serve as a Team Coach. She feels so blessed that she can do what she is passionate about and have the opportunity to inspire others to do the same.
Sheri continues to pursue her career in the fitness industry and is excited to make her mark as an IFBB Pro.
