Hailing from Hong Kong, China, Fitness Model Jaffy So Ming Hei is a Fitness and Kick Boxing Personal Trainer, Actor and Lecturer. Jaffy is quite the legend in Hong Kong and is the first-ever three-time Overall Champion at the Hong Kong Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness and the Hong Kong China Bodybuilding and Fitness Association.

Jaffy’s Stack

I take ISOFLEX between meals and after working out. After meals, I take CLA95 and Aminocore. Sometimes I will eat an ISOFLEX Triple Layer Protein Bars during my workouts when I don’t have time for a shake. For pre-workout, I take 10 grams of ALLMAX Glutamine and again at bedtime. During my workout, I take KRUSH LOADED with water. Three months before competition to get shredded, I use RapidCuts Shredded.

Favorite Type of Training: More Mind than Muscle! I am always about more reps, less heavy, more intensity & less rest between sets..

How Did you Get into Fitness? My passion towards bodybuilding began when I was 19 years of age. My best friend got me started at an old fitness facility and I became fascinated with my muscle development. As my interest grew stronger, I decided to study human physiology to join the fitness industry and deepen my understanding of bodybuilding.
