Hailing from Toronto, Ontario, IFBB Professional Bodybuilder Ben Pakulski is a fitness author and personal trainer and now resides in Tampa, Florida.
I have a passion for life that carries over into everything I do. I enjoy working hard and constantly strive to be moving forward. I am living my dream of being an IFBB pro athlete, travelling the world, educating people on the areas of health, nutrition and training.

Meal Two (11 a.m.): 10 oz chicken, 2 cups rice or quinoa, 1 cup vegetables (60 g protein; 80 g carbs; 600 cals)
Pre-Workout (12:30 p.m.): 50 g Waxy Maize 2300, 20 g Aminocore, 10 g Glutamine, 10 g Ribose
Intra-Workout (1 p.m.): 100 g Waxy Maize, 20 g Aminocore, 10 g Glutamine, 10 g Ribose
Post-Workout (3 p.m.): 75 g Isoflex
Meal Three (3:30 p.m.): 8 oz fish, 12 oz potato or yams (50 g protein; 60 g carbs; 440 cals)

Daily Totals: 480 protein, 400 g carbs, 80 g fat = 4,400 calories
Midnight Snack: Digestive Enzymes, 3 scoops of Casein-FX poweder with a small amount of water and ice to make a cold pudding, 1 scoop of Glutamine, 4 capsules of ZMA, 5 g Omega-3, 1 g vitamin C and Advanced ALLFLEX.
