ALLMAX Nutrition.com accepts the following credit cards:

When using your Credit Card please make sure of the following:
- The credit card is active, and has enough credit available.
- Be sure to know your billing address (the address where you receive your bill).
Please be sure the name and address you enter as the billing address is correct.
If the name and address you enter does not match does not match the name and address
that the credit card company has for the credit card account, the order will be
canceled.
- Also, any order that has an invalid email address will not be shipped.
Please make sure you enter a valid email address.
WE CHECK EXTENSIVELY FOR LOST, STOLEN OR FRAUDULENTLY
USED CREDIT CARDS.
All Orders greater than $350.00 will require a
signature for delivery via the shipper.
There are no additional charges to the customer.
Shipping Options
We ship all orders (All 48 contiguous US States/PO Box
Addresses) to either your home or place of business in discreet packaging utilizing FedEx or USPS shipping methods. The shipping choice is determined by the
utilization of our proprietary shipping intelligent e-software solution. Our software
bases your shipping method by coupling your ship to location (zip code) to the most
efficient shipper.
Free Shipping
Get Free shipping for Orders of $70.00 or more being shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground, within the 48 contiguous
United States.
Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment
confirmation and a tracking number so you can track your order. Please be aware
of the fact that USPS does not provide package tracking
information with their shipments; they provide acceptance scans and delivery confirmation
ONLY.
*UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating
your expected delivery date.
Important Notes
Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation and a tracking
number (except USPS Priority and Global Priority Shipments) so
that you can track your order directly on our website. Please visit the Track Your
Order section of our website.
UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating
your expected delivery date.
*All Orders: Please be accurate and double-check your shipping address to avoid any
forwarding fees and receive your package as scheduled. We will charge you a $10
fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly
addressed due to a customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from
the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code
or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be
charged the $10 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.
We do not request or require a signature for deliveries under $350.00, but we cannot
force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively
low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package
at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your driver's discretion
whether or not to require a signature.
Orders received before 2:00pm EST will be processed and usually ship that same day.
Orders received after 2:00pm EST will be processed immediately but will not ship
until the following day. We don't ship on weekends or holidays. Any orders placed
on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. All shipping times and dates are
subject to change without notice.
Return Policy
Our goal is to provide customers with timely service in the event a return is necessary.
We recommend that you carefully read the following notes detailing our return policy.

Normal Returns
Returns should be sent with a delivery confirmation or tracking. ALLMAX Nutrition.com
will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. All returns must include used/unused
product that was ordered. Any return sent with invoice only will not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the
returned product(s). No product will
be accepted after 30 days from the day that an order was placed. All other returns
are not accepted.
Money Back Guarantees

We offer money back guarantees on all of our products, minus shipping and handling
costs. If you are unsatisfied with the
product for any reason, simply return the unused portion for a refund. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return
shipment.

Shipment Errors
If you should receive a product that doesn't match your original order ALLMAX Nutrition.com
will correct the situation. Please contact us within 24 hours after the receipt
of shipment via this form and provide the following information:
1. Your order number
2. Your name
3. The product(s) being returned
4. Reason(s) for return
5. Daytime phone number
For orders that we need to make a replacement or return because it does not match
your original order, we will arrange for the item(s) to be picked up by DHL
by issuing a product return call tag and provide you with simple instructions to
comply with.
Damages
ALLMAX Nutrition.com makes every effort to safely secure and ship
all of our packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged
during the shipping process. In this event you must email us within 24 hours after
the receipt of shipment
via this form.
We will then contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise
box. Upon their confirmation, we will then replace the item or issue you a credit
for the amount of the confirmed damaged merchandise.
No product will be accepted after 30 days from the day that your order was placed.
Please understand that to provide our ultra-low prices, we must operate on very
small margins. Returns are very costly to us and even unopened products will not
be resold. Therefore, products cannot be returned if the only reason is that you
don't like a particular flavor or product consistency. We will not allow
for individual subject taste to have a negative influence over our tremendous pricing
structure that we offer our loyal customer base.
Back Orders
We regularly stock every item that we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain
a large inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain
products. In this event, we will contact you via your email address, we will give
you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out-of-stock
items, holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available
or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock
items when they are available. ALLMAX Nutrition.com will incur the
cost of the shipping charges in delivering these partial shipments.
APO/FPO Orders
We ship to APO/FPO Military addresses, however, please be advised that APO and FPO military addresses take longer than usual to be shipped. These orders can only be shipped by USPS and we have no way of tracking this mail. All of these orders are physically delivered to the Post Office to be sent out. Once your order is shipped we depend on the Military Postal service to deliver the package to you in a timely manner. We cannot provide a tracking number or specific delivery date.
