Ordering

Q. Why do the prices of some products change when I add a product, or change the quantity?
A. There are two reasons why prices change. Firstly, some products on our site sell for different prices depending on the quantity purchased. As you add or remove products from your cart, the prices will be updated to reflect the price for the requested quantity. Secondly, if you try to modify the quantity of products contained within a bundle, the discount applied to the bundle will be removed and the products will be priced at their default price according to the quantity requested.

Q. I'm having trouble placing an order on your website. What should I do?
A. On a rare occasion, our website may be experiencing difficulties receiving orders. This could be a temporary situation outside of our control, including problems with the customer's computer. Give it a little time and revisit the site again.

Q. I did not receive my order confirmation or my shipping notification.
A. This is usually due to a couple of factors. There may have been a typo in your email address that you submitted to us. Because our system is automated and we would not recognize the mistake to correct it, you would not receive your proper email notifications for both the order confirmation and shipping notification. Please contact us so that we can make the proper adjustments.

If you did receive an order confirmation but not a shipping notification, please wait 24 hours to compensate for any possible email difficulty. We ship all of our orders out the same day if they are received prior to 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time (Monday-Friday). After this designated cutoff time, we will ship the following business day. We will then notify you of your order tracking number via an email confirmation.

Q: When I track my order it says "unable to track shipment" or "invalid tracking numbers"?
A: While you have received your shipment tracking number, DHL hasn't scanned your package yet. Your package has shipped and we have sent you the notification-however, it still takes the shipper a couple of hours after they pick it up from our warehouse to scan every package into their tracking system. Please allow some time before carefully re-entering the shipment tracking number in the appropriate area of our page.

Q. How do I cancel/change my order?
A. In most cases, orders are received and processed immediately. The transaction takes place within an instantaneous automated system. We ship all of our orders out via DHL at 2:00PM Eastern Standard Time (Monday-Friday). If you need to cancel the order please contact us via this form. Please include your order number. However, once your order begins the shipping process we can no longer stop its progression. We would appreciate it if you would not place an order if you intend on canceling or changing it in any way. Thank you.

Q. Do you ship to APO/FPO Military Addresses?
A. Yes we do ship to APO/FPO Military Addresses, however, please be advised that APO and FPO military addresses take longer than usual to be shipped. These orders can only be shipped by USPS and we have no way of tracking this mail. All of these orders are physically delivered to the Post Office to be sent out. Once your order is shipped we depend on the Military Postal service to deliver the package to you in a timely manner. We cannot provide a tracking number or specific delivery date.

Q. I have a certain medical condition. What do you recommend for it?
A. Unfortunately, we can't recommend any product for a medical condition or disease. We suggest that you contact your doctor or health care provider for recommendations.

Q. Why do your products say ‘not intended for those under the age of 18 ?
All of our products are not recommended to those under 18 as the research conducted on our product was tested on adults and we don't know how younger adults would react to the product. Therefore, we don't suggest anyone under the age of 18 to use our products.

Q. Are your products Halal/Kosher?
Our products are not HALAL certified. Due to the process that it takes to create the product we cannot guarantee that all ingredients are HALAL certified. However, all of our products are produced at a cGMP Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility.

How long past the expiration date can I use products?
Most products are still fine at least six months after the expiry date. Try to finish the product up soon, but the ingredients should still be active. Make sure to store it in a dark, cool location with the lid tightly secured.

Can I take X product with Birth Control? X Prescription Drug?
We are not aware of any contraindication with oral contraceptives, but this has not been specifically studied, and as we are not licensed to dispense medical information, we would have to recommend that you have a medical professional review your history, any other medications or supplements you are taking and cross reference that against the specific brand of contraceptive you are taking.

Can I take products if Pregnant or Lactating?
You should not take any supplements if you are pregnant or lactating.

Can I take X if I am taking X prescription?
We are not licensed to dispense medical information as each person’s medical history is unique to them – medical questions must be addressed to your medical professional. With thousands of prescription drugs on the market, clearly we do not have testing that would determine potential interactions or contraindications for every class of drug out there.

What is cGMP?
A cGMP Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility is defined as a Current Good Manufacturing Practice Regulation which is used by pharmaceutical companies, supplement companies and food manufacturers to produce and test products. It ensures the products produced meet the minimum requirements on these types of products. Basically it ensures the quality of the ingredients in our products.

Why do you require authorization for Credit Card Orders over $350?
As a security precaution we require a signature for all orders over $350. In order to process your order with ALLMAX Nutrition we need you to fill out a Credit Card Authorization form and fax it 1.888.567.0204.

What type of dieting plan or workout program should I follow with your product?
We are not licensed to dispense training and dieting information. For a personalized program we’d suggest you meet with a personal trainer or nutritionist who can provide advice specific to your situation.

Protein
What protein do you recommend for those with Lactose or digestion issues?
As for digestion problems, some people who have lactose intolerance have found that they can stomach our Juice coolers better than the milky ones. The ISOKOOL brand is available in three flavors: Ice Tea, Tropical Fruit and Green Apple, that taste great with water. Should I use ISOFLEX pre or post workout?
ISOFLEX can be used pre-workout or post-workout or both depending on your needs. It is suggested that post workout you consume a 2:1 ratio of protein to carbs so ISOFLEX is a great choice when combined with a carbohydrate source. It's a high-quality form of protein that absorbs rapidly and can be used whenever you need a convenient protein option.

Is there Soy in ISOFLFEX?
ISOFLEX doesn’t include any soy products and should be fine to consume if you have a soy allergy. You don't necessarily need to use it but we suggest you combine ISOfemme with Rapidcuts femme it for your best results.

ISOfemme vs. ISOFLEX what’s the difference?
ISOfemme is marketed towards women. A lot of women feel intimidated by the large containers so we created a protein powder to get women started that doesn't appear as intimidating. But many women do like this product as it's extremely low in carbs and only contains 1 g of sugar, not to mention, it tastes amazing! It also has zero estrogenic proteins. Is there really only 14 scoops per container of ISOfemme?
ISOFEMME is available in a 1.1 lb container. This works out to 14 servings. It's an extremely high quality source of protein, called Whey Protein Isolate, which is generally priced higher. The cost is worth the price. It works out to about $2 a shake, which isn't that expensive.

Can I store Protein in the Freezer?
It is not advised that you store protein powder in the freezer. The extreme cold temperatures could cause the protein to denature.

What Stimulants are in RADPICUTS?
The only stimulant in RAPIDCUTS is caffeine. It is advised that you take your final serving before 2 pm if you have problems sleeping. It doesn't contain any illegal ingredients so it won't show up on a drug test and does not contain any ephedra.

How do I take Rapidcuts?
After you have completed the initial schedule of Rapidcuts Hardcore you follow the schedule as per Day 7 for the next 7-8 weeks. It is suggested that you should take a break for about a week after you have been taking the product for about 8 weeks.

I just started taking Rapidcuts but feel drowsy after taking it, why is this?
Sometimes as your body gets used to a supplement you might feel drowsy. Maintain this schedule for a week or two and see if you adjust. If not, I’d suggest reducing your servings sizes.

Is QUICKMASS for Hard Gainers?
QUICKMASS has been found to be extremely effective for hard gainers. We can't really say how long it will take you to get to your goal weight as everyone's body is different and really dependent on a combination of training, your diet and how often you use QUICKMASS. Some have reported gaining 10 lbs in 10 days, but again everyone is different.

If I’m not training should I still take the same amount of QUICKMASS?
If you’re not going to the gym regularly we’d suggest cutting your serving sizes in half. But it depends on your goals too. If you’re trying to increase your weight significantly you can take the full dosage until you’ve reached your goals. You can still take 2 shakes a day but reduce your serving size in half.

QUICKMASS is hurting my stomach, what should I do?
Try decreasing your serving size. Instead of taking 4 scoops, try taking 2 at a time and see if that helps. Also, are you mixing it with water or milk? If you're using milk try switching to water.

Is QUICKMASS – Gluten-Free?
No, QUICKMASS is not gluten-free it includes wheat ingredients and should not be used by those with a wheat allergy. It contains Lactase and Protease.

QUICKMASS – do I need to use all those scoops?
If you want to see results, yes, you should be following the label directions exactly as stated. It seems like a lot but to get those many calories in requires that the product is consumed according to the labeled instructions.

If I have a high metabolism is QUICKMASS a good option?
If you have a high metabolism and are trying to gain weight QUICKMASS is a great option. It can quickly help you put on weight. It provides 1010 calories per serving it also contains 56 grams of high quality whey protein, along with 7.8 grams of Glutamine and 5 grams of Fibersol-2, combined this weight gainer is a great option for hard-gainers or those with a high metabolism.

Glutamine

Will Glutamine make me bulk up?
Glutamine will not make you bulk up. If you're trying to bulk up you need a lot of extra calories and need to be training for size. Glutamine is a non-essential amino acid and was traditionally used in the hospital for patients who needed immune support, not to bulk up.

Can Vegans use Glutamine?
Glutamine is derived from a corn source and not an animal source, so it should be fine for strict vegans to consume.

TestoFx

How should I take TestoFX?
On the days that you're training take your first serving of TestoFX about 30 minutes prior to working out. Your final serving should be about 30 minutes before bed. On days when you're not training take your first serving on an empty stomach when you wake up.

Is the Gelatin in TestoFX from pork or beef?
It is derived from Beef.

Any side effects from TEstoFX such as acne?
We haven't been advised of any side effects from taking this product. Of course, everyone is different though and if you experience any negative side effects we'd recommend that you consult your doctor. So far, the feedback from this product has been phenomenal and we haven't heard of anything negative.
